Vipro Vibrating Screens are custom designed to suit process requirements, unique mounting positions and feeding arrangements. The vibrating screen are robustly designed and driven by twin or multiple Venanzetti vibrator motors or Venanzetti exciter gearboxes. The vibrating screens are of modular design. All parts are replaceable should future replacement be required. Adjustable suspension angles, adequate wear protection of exposed parts and high capacity cross members and stringers are also incorporated into the design. The screens are able to withstand the high acceleration forces associated with vibration. It is accurately designed with the correct stroke/ speed ratio for the screening aperture used. It is available in either circular or linear motion configuration. Various types of screening media is available to suit the required application.
