Backup Service & Guarantees

Vipro’s vibrating equipment is guaranteed for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery and covers the quality of materials and workmanship. Fair wear, abuse, overloading, and lack of maintenance are specifically excluded from the guarantee. Vipro only uses Venanzetti vibrator motors, which are fully backed by the factory in Europe. Spare and replacement motors are generally available from stock for most popular motor sizes. Vipro provides genuine 24-hour after-sales service backup whenever support is required. This is further enhanced by a large inventory of standard stock items.

Vibrating equipment parts like liners, side plates, drivebeams, etc. are manufactured with short lead times.
